Food & Beverage AssociateJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Greet and Welcome Guests: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.?Take Orders Accurately: Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all customer requests are fulfilled.?Provide Recommendations: Provide recommendations based on the menu and special offerings.?Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Ensure guests needs are met throughout their dining experience.?Process Orders: Process orders and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.?Serve Food and Drinks: Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation standards.?Check Food Quality: Check food and beverage quality and presentation before serving.?Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.?Set Up Dining Areas: Set up and clean dining tables, as well as restock condiments, napkins, and utensils.?Assist with Training: Assist in training new staff members when necessary.?Support Other Areas: Support other areas of the F&B department as needed, including bar service, cashier duties, and event preparation.Requirements:?Previous Experience: Previous experience in food and beverage service (required).?Strong Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.?Team Player: Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.?Familiarity with Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.?Positive Attitude: Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.?Flexibility: Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.?Basic Math Skills: Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments..
