If you’d like to embrace a wider world of experiences and opportunities, we’d like to welcome you to join the team as Food & Beverage Assistant/Barista and let us help you create a career journey like no other.As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:Provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced food and beverage environmentPrepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinksOperate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment efficientlyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, dining area, and kitchenAssist customers with menu selections and upsell products when appropriateEnsure timely and accurate order fulfilmentAssist in food preparation and presentation as requiredHandle cash and process payments accuratelyComply with health and safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standardsWork collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operationsIdeally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar F&B role (preferred)Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and ability to multitaskPositive attitude with a team-oriented mindsetFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysBasic math skills for handling cash and processing paymentsA passion for coffee and providing an excellent customer experienceFood Handling or Barista certification (a plus)You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position.
