Food and Beverage ManagerJob Location : UAEKey responsibilities :?Organize calendar and ensure food and beverage arrangements are made in accordance based on guest list?Ensure the cleanliness and arrange the general look of the dining room, caf‚ and lounge daily basis?Liaise between Executive Office EA and pantry staff to ensure F&B arrangements on time for GCEO and guests?Oversee the timely delivery, setup and service of F&B?Manage staff appearance and efficiency.?In-charge of the table setting, guests seats, menu guidance and individual preferences i.e. dietary needs etc.?Ensure food safety, hygiene and quality control and compliance with regulations on the food service display, arrangements, storage, packaging, etc.?Handling service issues and resolving customer complaints.?Maintain and control pantry inventories and records of stocks to avoid wastage?Participate in management activities such as menu development, budgeting and revenue forecasting?Make reservations for GCEO and guests at hotels/restaurants based on Business need?Train staff in job duties, ensure sanitation and safety proceduresQualifications and Skills:?University Graduate?5-8 years? experience in F&B service industry or relevant function?Extensive understanding, knowledge and training within the hospitality industry?Good knowledge of table set-up, food display, food safety and hygiene control?Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Power point, Access etc.)?Familiar with market sources serving relevant functional needs of job role?Able to work under pressure, and previous experience in handling VVIPs?Excellent communication and organization skills?Knowledge of food safety and related services ? food delivery, food hygiene and related regulations
