The role focuses primarily on maintenance, along with general facilities management responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:•Manage daily operations of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical•Supervise in-house technicians and outsourced service providers•Plan and execute preventive and reactive maintenance tasks•Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defence, and RERA regulations•Oversee daily work of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical•Monitor utility usage and recommend cost-effective efficiency improvements•Address tenant issues and coordinate move-in/move-out proceduresRequirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management•3–5 years of FM/ maintenance experience in the UAE•Valid UAE Driving License•Fluency in English•Strong understanding of systems and UAE compliance standardsKey Skills:Maintenance, Facility Operations, Team Leadership, UAE Compliance, Problem-Solving, Customer Service
