Responsibilities: Oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of facilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptlyPlan and coordinate repairs and upgrades of facilities infrastructureMaintain documentation of maintenance activities and equipment logsEnsure compliance with safety standards and regulationsCoordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairsRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fieldProven experience in facilities management or engineering (3+ years preferred)Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety standardsExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to read technical drawings and schematicsGood communication skills and team management abilities
