1. Floral Design & Creative Execution• Design and execute a wide range of floral arrangements for online orders, corporate requests, and specialprojects. Write clear, engaging, and original bilingual copy (Arabic/English) tailored to various target segments.• Apply creative and artistic flair to produce modern, aesthetically appealing floral designs aligned with seasonal trends and client preferences.• Collaborate with the category and marketing teams to create camera -ready arrangements for campaigns.2. Daily Operations & Fulfillment• Work alongside the operating team to ensure timely and accurate preparation of daily floral orders.• Maintain workflow efficiency during peak times and special campaigns.• Assist in packaging and presenting arrangements according to company standards.3. Floral Care & Inventory Handling• Maintain expert knowledge of floral types, including seasonal availability and care instructions.• Ensure flowers and related materials are stored properly to retain freshness and quality.• Support inventory management by communicating stock needs and handling blooms with care.4 Cross -Functional Collaboration• Support other departments such as marketing, sales, and operations in any floral -related tasks or events.• Participate in brainstorming sessions for product development and seasonal collection planning.• Act as a key point of contact for floral needs across departments, ensuring alignment and consistency in execution.5 Event and Project Management• Oversee and participate in offsite floral setup for events such as corporate gatherings, marketing events, and receptions, ensuring each events specific floral needs are met with creativity and precision.• Coordinate with event planners and clients to understand and fulfill their floral vision, managing on-site logistics to ensure flawless execution.
