Job descriptionCharterhouse is working exclusively with a renowned Luxury Goods brand which is looking to hire an experienced leader to run their Dubai Mall Flagship Boutique.About the roleThis is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to join an iconic brand with a rich history of craftsmanship and storytelling. The main purpose of this role will be to develop and maintain the VIP client network, coach and motivate a sales team to achieve their KPI?s, whilst maintaining a strong presence leading by example on the shop floor, acting as an ambassador of the brand. You will conduct regular competitor analysis, forecast key market trends reporting to HQ to provide a transparent overview of the market conditions. Our client is looking for a proactive leader with extensive knowledge of the luxury sector, ideally watches or jewellery, who can think outside of the box. This role would best suit an individual who is well structured, has excellent leadership skills and is able to manage multiple priorities adapting to the needs of the business.About youTo be considered for this role you must be working as a Store Manager/Boutique Manager level for an international luxury goods brand, with extensive experience within the UAE leading a sales team. Arabic speaking skills will be a plus.
