Key Responsibilities:? Oversee day-to-day fit-out activities and ensure timely execution? Supervise site teams including carpenters, painters, electricians, and subcontractors? Ensure work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards? Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment on site? Enforce health and safety regulations on site? Report daily progress to the Site Engineer or Project ManagerRequirements:? Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out and finishing? Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and construction details? Ability to read drawings and layout plans? Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
