Description: We are looking for a SOLID EXPERIENCED FIT OUT ENGINEER FOR INTERIOR FIT OUT COMPANY well experience in the same field is required. As a Fitout Engineer, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the execution of fitout projects. Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to understand project requirements and objectives. Develops the scope of engineering work, schedules, and budgets for assigned project elements, and monitors progress to meet schedule and budget requirements. Identifies and documents changes in scope. Assists in determining the scope of procurement work, schedules, and budgets for assigned project buyouts, monitoring progress to maintain those procurements. Coordinates the assignment of personnel from other technical support groups within the company. Monitor and track project progress and perform variance analysis for schedule/resource/revenue/cost against the approved projections and initiate/recommend corrective actions. Prepares technical reports and documentation of activity for the client and project management. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Promote and enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.Qualifications and Skills:. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.. Proven experience as a Fit-out Engineer, in the fitout or construction industry.. Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource management.. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.. Proficiency in project management software and tools.. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.. Preferred with UAE valid Driving License
