Key Responsibilities:– Review and interpret design drawings, BOQs, and project specifications– Coordinate and supervise on-site fit-out works, ensuring quality and timelines– Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams– Conduct regular inspections and resolve technical issues on-site– Prepare progress reports and support project documentation– Ensure adherence to safety and quality standardsRequirements:– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field– Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out engineering– Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and site coordination tools– Strong understanding of finishes, materials, and installation techniques– Excellent communication and project coordination skills– Immediate joiners are preferred
