Job Description

We?re seeking a First Line Sales Manager for our APJMEA team who is passionate about the success of both our clients and Account Executives. This is a leader role developing and executing strategies for complex enterprise deals.Responsibilities:You will be significantly growing the APJMEA business by:Establishing a strong overall sales strategy in collaboration with the APJMEA leadership teamWorking with Account Executives as a coach on strategy and maximize their success in salesOverseeing sales strategy, setting goals and quotas, generating/reviewing metrics and reports, and identifying improvements needed in sales processesEnergizing and driving the sales organization to be high performers and achieve stretch goalsCoordinating territory and account planning, pipeline reviews and action plans to drive goals and meet/exceed targetsHiring and developing a world class sales team to support Copperleaf?s growthAdvocating for the success of our clients and prospects in achieving business value from Copperleaf solutionsContributing and shaping the company cultureCompleting annual sales incentive and compensation plansHelping guide the ongoing evolution of formal sales methodology and related enablement tool kitsDeveloping industry and product knowledge within the teamWorking proactively with external Partners, and our Marketing/Business Development/Enablement/Success team members, to generate more business with and through partnersQualificationsAbout You:You?re intellectually curious and enjoy learning new thingsYou a natural when it comes to understanding your clients and listening to their needs, you have high emotional intelligenceYou thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environmentYou?re a strategic thinker who can see the big picture and the tactical path to get thereYou?re a strong problem-solver who can work around, or go through, barriers to successYou?ve demonstrated individual success in enterprise software sales, including:Experience with complex product and solution salesManaging negotiations for software license agreements and associated SLA?sStrong sales presentation skills, with ability to influenceProven experience consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotasYou have experience managing a high performing sales team, including:Track record of creating a positive, successful sales culture with a focus on team successSuccess in attracting and retaining top sales talentYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
