Job Position – Firmware and Validation Engineer Company Name – Si-Vision Join our Embedded Software team and play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge mixed-signal designs! We’re looking for a skilled Firmware and Validation Engineer who is passionate about debugging, testing, and validating high-performance IP.What You’ll Do:• Develop and execute validation & test plans• Drive silicon bring-up and debugging efforts• Contribute to complex IP development and validation• Support system integration and IP bring-up across teams• Deliver clear validation reports and technical insightsWhat You Bring:• BSc. in Electronics, Communication, or Computer Engineering• 2–5 years of experience in relevant roles• Strong skills in Embedded C• Hands-on experience with Python or MATLAB• Familiarity with IC digital design and firmware development• Understanding of SystemVerilog or Verilog• Solid debugging, documentation, and communication skills• Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn• Bonus: Experience with Git or Perforce
