Responsibilities:Supervise and oversee all finishing works on-site, including painting, plastering, tiling, carpentry, and ceiling worksEnsure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standardsCoordinate daily tasks with subcontractors and workersInspect materials and workmanship to maintain high-quality finishingMonitor progress and report updates to the site engineer or project managerEnsure site safety and compliance with company safety standardsResolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of finishing activitiesMaintain cleanliness and organization of finishing work areasRequirements:Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman in construction projectsStrong technical knowledge of finishing materials, tools, and methodsAbility to read drawings and supervise finishing crews effectivelyGood communication and leadership skillsCandidates with GCC experience preferred
