With a proper control and team leading skills, the Financial Planning Manager will be responsible to lead the efforts in analyzing the historic financial information, identify the areas of focus and forecast the financial performance for the upcoming periods. Primary responsibilities申 Taking lead in building and maintaining a corporate financial model that details the entire company?s operations and projects future performance申 Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements申 Preparing monthly and yearly financial budgets and best estimates申 Establishing and enforcing financial policies and procedures申 Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting申 Performs ad hoc analysis for the management as required申 Other tasks as assigned by the Head of department Requirements申 Superb clarity in communication申 Advance knowledge of Excel formulas and functions申 Professional accounting qualification, CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA申 5-7+ years of business finance experience, preferably in an FPA managerial role Reports to:Sr. Director - Finance
