The Financial Planning Manager is one of the most impactful roles in our company and we take great pride in the quality of team members that hold this role. With a proper control and team leading skills, the Financial Planning Manager will be responsible to lead the efforts in analyzing the historic financial information, identify the areas of focus and forecast the financial performance for the upcoming periods.Primary responsibilities Taking lead in building and maintaining a corporate financial model that details the entire company?s operations and projects future performance Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements Preparing monthly and yearly financial budgets and best estimates Establishing and enforcing financial policies and procedures Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting Performs ad hoc analysis for the management as required Other tasks as assigned by the Head of departmentRequirements Superb clarity in communication Advance knowledge of Excel formulas and functions Professional accounting qualification, CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA 5-7+ years of business finance experience, preferably in an FPA managerial roleReports to:Sr. Director - Finance
