The successful candidate will head up the financial team and be responsible for general accountancy.Description and Responsibilities:. Finding the right resource who is highly collaborative, leads with action and intensity.. Help the company to scale the organization and reach our long-term strategic goals.. Maintain executive responsibility for financial operations including working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels, taxes, budget and general accounting. Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidations, planning and analysis.. Develop and direct financial plans to deliver the strategic business plan, company growth and market opportunities and direction.. Define the financial strategy and provide useful financial insights to help make the best decisions about executing our business strategy.. Establish and maintain stable cash flow management policies and procedures, and ensure cash resources are available for daily operations.. Set up and/or oversee all financial and operational controls and metrics within the organization.. Conducting financial analyses to identify areas for improvement and cost-cutting measures.. Preparing budget reports and financial forecasts to guide decision-making.. Facilitating the financial audit process and responding to audit inquiries.. Manage project budgets and offer financial advice to the Board.. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities and risks to drive financial growth.Requirements:1. Proven experience as a CFO, preferably in a high-growth and dynamic environment.2. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field an MBA or advanced degree in finance is preferred.3. At least 10 years of relevant work experience as CFO4. Strong financial acumen, with a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and strategic financial planning.5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.6.
