What youll be doingThe Finance trainee is responsible for supporting the Beauty Innovation division with accurate and timely commercial financial analysis, including provision of monthly management accounts for support functions within the Group.Customer Accounts Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of customer accounts by identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.Sales Order Review: Verify and analyze sales orders for accuracy and compliance with company policies.Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address any variations or observations, ensuring smooth operations.Month-End Activities: Contribute to month-end financial processes and project-based activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.What you?ll need to succeed Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or currently pursuing).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
