Finance Manager - Corporate Finance | FP&A | Al Futtaim Automotive | DubaiResponsibilities: - Coordinate the submission of business unit monthly cash flow forecasts, annual budget and interim short term liquidity report into Group system (Anaplan)- Partner with business team to improve liquidity, over deliver budget targets, and actively manage working capital.- Brand wise analysis of working capital to identify the opportunities for optimization of working capital. Prepare KPIs to measure the working capital and cash flow efficiency.- Prepare consolidated cash flow forecast/budget package and presentation, which provides executive management insights into cash variances versus prior forecasts and periods.- Analyze quarter end cash balances and coordinate actual to forecast/budget explanations to better understand variances vs expectations.- Work with financial reporting team to provide link between cash generation and EBIT.- Prepare analysis of cash needs to determine appropriate amount and timing of on-going debt repayment and/or potential dividends.- Partner with business and product managers to evaluate monthly Forex requirements and understand any variances,- Partner with automotive financial risk team to report the forex requirement and contribute to discussions around hedging, reporting reasons for variances- Prepare Annual financial budgets, Quarterly forecasts and 3YP with the business - Review and analyse monthly financial results (B/S, P&L and cash flow) and provide key observations / recommendations to Management- Partner with business in formalizing the financing solutions (like EKN arrangements) for customers and review of LC and BGs- Assist the BUFC in capital restructuring for the IE entities- Assist the BUFC with principal arrangements and negotiations including LCs, Avalisation.
