As we scale, we’re seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead our finance function and embed financial discipline across the business.Key Responsibilities• Lead and develop the Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting.• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial analysis to guide business decisions.• Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimisation and banking relationships.• Ensure compliance with UAE statutory requirements including VAT, Corporate Tax and WPS.• Coordinate external and internal audits, and maintain robust internal control frameworks.• Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives and improve profitability.• Implement process improvements and systems that increase efficiency and reporting quality.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline; CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA is an advantage.• 7–10 years’ relevant experience with minimum 3–4 years in a managerial or senior finance role.• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations (VAT, Corporate Tax, WPS).• Experience in FMCG, food distribution, or start-up/scale-up environments is desirable.• Proven leadership, a hands-on working style, and meticulous attention to detail.• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
