Imtiaz Developments is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the companys financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The successful candidate will lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and support decision-making processes.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies and policies.Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and standards.Manage cash flow, banking, and investment activities.Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team.Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.Provide financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.Minimum 8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and IFRS.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
