Finance ManagerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Provide strategic financial guidance to the organization, focusing on profit maximization through prudent financial practices and ensuring compliance with finance-related laws, regulations, and procedures.•Oversee the development and implementation of effective financial strategies, policies, and procedures, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.•Lead the finance department, supervising staff, and promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork.•Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and presentation to stakeholders, including executive management, employees, shareholders, and investors.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.•Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.Requirements:•Proven expertise in Oracle ERP systems.•Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a senior financial role.•Exceptional skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and communication.•Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
