Job descriptionCharterhouse are currently working with an international technology company, whom are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join their regionalised finance team, overseeing the Accounting Department and reporting in to the Chief Financial Officer.About the roleThis role will take ownership of all aspect of the financial accounting and reporting procedures including the consolidation of financial statements under IFRS. In conjunction, the Finance Manager shall also take responsibility for the completion of all statutory audit requirements; to ensure both internal compliance and external regulatory policies are adhered to.On top of these accounting-based functions, this role will also require areas of financial analysis to support any variance analysis, cost controls and planning-related processes.The Finance Manager shall also play a pivotal role across working capital whilst also proactively monitoring cash flow management and collections.About youThe client is looking to recruit a professionally qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) whom can demonstrate up to 10 years of experience within an accounting and/or financial controlling environment. The successful candidate will be well-versed within the areas of ERP systems along with demonstrating a detailed insight across IFRS, to ensure strong governance and controllership, across the regional operation and international group consolidation.The client will look for a candidate whom is familiar with industrial and/or manufacturing centric organisations and any nuances linked to the accountancy aspects of these industries.The search criterion shall also extend to the need for excellent and clear reporting-based skills and an ability to present findings and results.
