Finance ControllerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Compile and disseminate periodic financial management reports to stakeholders.•Provide timely and accurate financial management reports to Shareholders, TAQA on HFM, ENGIE on SMART & MTools.•Manage payables and ensure timely payments to all stakeholders to maintain good relations and prevent late fees.•Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns to relevant authorities.•Monitor and report on covenants compliance to lenders for the syndicated loan of 1.35 million USD.•Develop and present cash flow forecast for placement of short-term investments within 30-90 days.•Serve as the focal point for finalizing the entire budget process and business plan.•Assist the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in reviewing and improving internal control and accounting systems.•Ensure compliance with various contractual arrangements affecting finance and accounting, including Facility, Plant, and O&M agreements.•Lead a team of three professionals in achieving financial management goals.
