Job Description

We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner: P&DS and PAMS business lines.What this job involves:

  • Working closely with the lead directors of the MEA&T Project & Development Services and Property and Asset Management businesses and other key stakeholders in those businesses to create a real and active partnership with both operations and management.
  • Act as a bridge between business and finance to keep a smooth flow of vital information and create a support system for the business. This to provide real time support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser and to add value that will assist in decision making.
In particular to support:
  • Commercial analysis of project bids.
  • Evaluation of individual team productivity.
  • Real time analysis of business projects and initiatives.
  • Real time monitoring of business performance in particular resource cost base and revenues.
  • Leading planning and forecasting.
  • Work closely with regional FP&A Lead during MEC and monthly flash.
  • Work closely with EMEA FBP and Finance leadership team to comment on variances with a commercial perspective.
  • Periodical Opex analysis of business and advise on spending.

  • Head of PDS MEA and Head of PAMS
  • FP&A Lead MEA
  • FBP EMEA
  • Head of Ops PDS MEA

  • Facilitation and conflict resolution
Desired skills and experience for this job:
  • 5 - 7 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Preferable experience in a professional services / consulting firm / construction background
