Our highly experienced Technical Support Team provide pre-job planning, delivery and post-job completion support for our extensive range of technology products and tools for off-shore drilling services.Partner with the bestAs a Field Specialist (LWD) , you will be able to provides resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the well site where analysis of data requires having a broad knowledge of the product lines tool(s)) and/or service.As a Field Specialist (LWD), you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and demonstrating proficiency in the skill profile for the delivery of assigned Logging while Drilling services at the well site.
  • Completing Successful advanced technical training and assigned well site development Programs
  • Evaluating Work upon completion to ensure objectives have been met by the Field Supervisor.
  • Acting as a project leader and mentors junior field engineers.
  • Maintaining frequent intra-organizational and external customer contacts with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Executing other related duties as assigned.
  • Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors in Engineering, Geology, Earth Science or a related field
  • Have 5 to 10 years of experience in MWD
  • Have the ability to relate to well site personnel at all levels and work within a team environment.
  • Have an excellent communication & inter-personal skills and demonstrate excellent customer awareness.
  • Have an industry experience and product line training required.
  • Have the readiness to work onshore and offshore
