These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products of Panametrics make.As a Field Services Team leader, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the team of FSEs and/or In-House services for the sub-region with non-negotiable HSE compliance and integrity.
• Providing Technical guidance and support to the team members.
• Planning for technical and personal development of the team members for the fulfillment of business growth.
• Collaborating with commercial team in growing Services orders to meet annual plan of orders, sales, and CM for the assigned region.
• Conducting billable services and maintain 50% of Billable time and own individual AP of revenue.
• Collaborating with TechSupport Specialists in the region and other functions to drive addressing customers technical requirement.
• Following standard services processes and provide proactive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Driving team members to adhere to the operations procedures and provide support for effective outcomes.
• Providing hands-on support to In-House services as needed.
• Working with various functions to identify the areas of improvement and share the best practices.
• Handling diverse clients in a region.
• Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelors Engineering degree from an accredited university or college Instrumentation or Electronics.
• Have Minimum of 10 years hands on experience in field Instrumentation with 5 years in flowmeters and field process analyzers additional years of experience in troubleshooting and commissioning. Other Engineering degrees can be considered if the applicant have relevant experience.
• Have Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have Ability to influence others and lead issue resolutions.
• Have skills on management of conflicts and disputes.
• Have ability to Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Have effective problem identification and solution skills and Proven analytical and organizational ability.
• Must demonstrate commercial mindset along with the technical knowledge of Process Analyzers and Flowmeters.
• Must be available to travel on short notices based on customers requirement.
