Female Store SupervisorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Oversee salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.•Maintain records of opening and closing check sheets.•Record expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.•Evaluate supply and availability of stocks and profit margins.•Implement measures to avoid stock damage, theft, and wastage.•Monitor shelves, stocks, product displays, and store appearance.•Analyze market trends and suggest new products to the Retail Manager.•Maintain opening and closing checklists.•Address customer requests, comments, and complaints.•Motivate employees to achieve targets.•Train new staff members and schedule shifts.Requirements:•Flexible with shift timings and days off.•High school diploma or equivalent qualifications.•Good command over English language.•Demonstrable experience in supervisory capacity at retail store or similar.•In-depth knowledge of product and consumer trends.•Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.•Competency in retail management software.•Proficiency in spreadsheet and Word.•Familiarity with UAE labour laws and retail health and safety standards.
