Job Description

SEEKTEACHERSFemale Primary Teacher - Dubai - ASAP - USA Common CoreFemale Primary Teacher Needed at American Academy Dubai. We are seeking an outstanding female educator to teach primary grades 1-5 at our American curriculum private school in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in US Common Core standards and American-style teaching pedagogy.Responsibilities include:

  • Developing engaging lesson plans for subjects like English, Math, Science, Social Studies
  • Employing inquiry-based teaching strategies aligned to US Common Core
  • Assessing students regularly and providing meaningful feedback
  • Maintaining records of students learning growth and progress
  • Communicating effectively with parents about student development
  • Participating in grade-level team collaboration and professional development
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Elementary Education
  • Valid teaching certificate/license for relevant grade levels
  • Prefer 2+ years experience teaching primary grades in the US or American curriculum schools
  • Strong classroom management abilities
  • Passionate about making learning student-centered and interactive
  • Up to date with modern pedagogy
  • Knowledge of the USA Common Core preferred
