Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO & Chairman.Manage calendars, scheduling, appointments, business itineraries, and travel arrangements.Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and executive-level documentation.Screen, prioritize, and respond to incoming calls, emails, and requests.Coordinate internal and external communication with professionalism.Ensure timely follow-up on action items, deliverables, and pending matters.Organize board meetings, executive sessions, and high-level engagements.Act as a representative of the CEO in interactions with VIPs, clients, partners, and stakeholders.Handle all confidential information with extreme discretion and integrity.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant supporting senior management or C-suite leaders.Strong verbal and written proficiency in English and Arabic.Professional appearance, well-groomed, and confident demeanor.Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills.Superior organizational and time-management abilities.High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.Advanced proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and business correspondence.
