  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
  • 5-8 years experience inconstruction/project sites within UAE
  • Familiar with various materials used in construction, construction sequence of activities.
  • Familiar with concrete grades and mortar mixes , parameters to review up on testing of concrete.
  • Conversant with preparation of minutes of meeting
  • Proficient withMS office
Responsibilities:
  • Proven working experience in civil engineering.
  • Project management and supervision skills.
  • Managing, designing, developing, creating, and maintaining construction projects
  • Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data
  • Assessing potential risks, materials, and costs.
  • Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
  • Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
  • Preparation and as well as, reviewing of shop drawings, materials submittals, method statements of various construction activities
  • Coordinate shop drawings ( overlapping drawings of various trades and studying conflicting areas / items for coordination )
