The main purpose of the role is to provide an excellent aftersales service to the customer whilst ensuring the achievement and exceeding monthly target. You will assist in any problems that the technicians are having and carry out regular site visits to ensure standards are maintained.What you will do

  • Help and advice Technicians and customers as required ensuring a high standard of delivery on time. Ensure to maintain the Fix it right at first time ratio
  • To carry out regular site visits to ensure standards are maintained
  • Keep up with new technology, work procedures, time standards and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.
  • Comply with the ALAC Quality Management System and participate with organization?s improvement activities
  • Carry out work with care ensuring not to endanger the life either of themselves or others by theirs acts or omissions whilst complying with health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment.
Required skills to be successful
  • Technical knowledge of paint and repairs
  • 3-5 Years as in similar role in a reputed automotive workshop.
  • Technical / Supervisory skills,
  • Valid UAE Driving License ?Light Motor vehicle
About the teamThe role will report to the Regional Manage and this position will maintain the link between frontline staffs, workshop technicians and customers for delivering the quality repair service on time which will help the company to maintain a high Customer satisfaction Index score.What equips you for the roleThe ideal candidate for this role should be a Technical School Graduate or a Degree or Diploma holder. You should have at least a minimum of 3-5 years? experience as a Fast Repair Supervisor or Site Supervisor or Branch In-Charge in Tyre or Automotive industry. You must have technical knowledge of paint and repairs. You should have strong administrative and interpersonal skills and be able to display excellent communication skills with an ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude while being able to work well with others.
