Position Summary??Arabic Faculty provide effective instruction in Bachelor level Arabic courses. Curriculum is taught in Arabic within a student-centric learning environment that fosters respect for students, their culture, and their traditions. Faculty play an important role in assisting with the development and preservation of system-wide and directorate-specific policies, and are viewed as active participants in academic and extra-curricular events at the College and within the community.?Requirements?In support of Emiratization, HCT may exercise flexibility with the experience or education requirement in order to recruit UAE National candidates who show potential for success in the role.The successful candidate is expected to engage in applied research relevant to their divisions interests and the national innovation agenda and its targeted priority sectors.Masters Degree in Arabic language or relevant discipline;Appropriate academic professional qualifications as requiredA minimum of 3 years of Arabic language teaching/training experience in a secondary school environment or higherExperience with Applied Arabic Communication and the use of Arabic in mass communication media and other disciplines.Applicable relevant industry experience is preferredPossess specialist knowledge and the ability to operate specialist programs and equipmentHave effective presentation skills, both theoretical and practicalNative Arabic fluency is essential. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential?
