Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate production activities on the factory floor.Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion.Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.Manage and train production staff.Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements.Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to optimize operations.Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.Minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in aluminium or metal fabrication.Strong leadership and communication skills.Knowledge of production planning, safety regulations, and quality standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
