Facility Maintenance Estimator Cum Procurement OfficerJob Location : UAEJob Details :•Strong knowledge of maintenance work scopes, building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.), and market pricing•Proficiency in estimating and procurement software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite•Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills•Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities•Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure•Degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred)•Minimum 2-3 years of experience in estimating and/or procurement, preferably in facility management or construction
