Job SummaryOur Client a Multinational Britsh Catering company is looking forFacilities Supervisor.Job Discription:

Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments.
Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meethealth and safety standards.
Inspecting buildings? structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
Review utilities consumption and attempt tominimize costs .
Control activities like waste disposal, buildingsecurity etc ..
Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
Allocate and supervise upkeep staff
Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues

Requirements:

BSc/BA in facility management, business administration or relevant field
Well-versed in technical operations and facilities management best practices
Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Good analytical/critical thinking
Proven experience as facilities or Maintenance manager or relevant position not less than 8 years
Experience in planning maintenance operations
