Key Responsibilities:Oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.Coordinate with contractors and service providers for regular maintenance and emergency repairs.Perform routine inspections to identify and resolve facility issues.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Manage facility-related budgets and inventories for supplies and equipment.Support the planning and execution of facility upgrades or renovations.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in facilities management or maintenance engineeringImmediate joiner prefer with GCC experience of managing facilities for residential buildings.
