Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Architectural EngineeringProfessional certifications or specialized training in façade design and systems are an advantageStrong understanding of building envelope systems and materials/ Key Responsibilities:Design, analyze, and implement façade systems for commercial, residential, and industrial buildingsCoordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent and functionalityPrepare façade design drawings, material specifications, and structural calculationsConduct site inspections and monitor façade installation for quality and safety standardsIdentify and resolve design or construction issues related to façade systemsEnsure adherence to building codes, sustainability standards, and project schedulesSupport in value engineering and cost optimization for façade solutionsExperience / Requirements:Prior experience as a Façade Engineer, Façade Designer, or Structural Engineer in construction or consulting firmsExperience with large-scale commercial or high-rise façade projects preferred
