Facade DesignerJob Location : United Arab EmiratesRequirements :•Bachelors degree in Engineering, or related field.•Proven experience as a facade designer or architectural designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative facade projects.•Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs, with the ability to create detailed drawings and 3D models•Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics, proportion, and materiality, coupled with a deep understanding of facade systems and construction methods.•Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing ideas and insights with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve project goals.•Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to facade design and construction in the UAE is a plus•Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for innovation, with a desire to push the boundaries of traditional facade design and explore new possibilities.Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
