Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise structural and piping fabrication works in ship repair and new-build projects.Lead welders, fabricators, and foremen to ensure timely and high-quality output.Oversee fabrication activities, repair workflow, and safety procedures.Coordinate with engineers and project teams for daily execution plans.RequirementsMinimum 10 years’ experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.Marine Ship Repair or New-Build background is mandatory.Strong experience in structural and piping fabrication.UAE Driving License is an advantage.
