We are seeking a dedicated and passionate EYFS Class Teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our young learners. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, support childrens development, and foster a love of learning.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.Monitor and assess childrens development and progress using observations and assessments.Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.Support childrens social, emotional, and physical development.Work closely with parents and caregivers to support childrens learning and well-being.Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.Maintain accurate records of childrens progress and prepare reports as needed.Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities.Qualifications & Skills:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field.Knowledge of the EYFS framework and curriculum.Experience working with young children in an educational setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Creativity and patience in teaching young learners.Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
