Position: Export Sales ManagerEmployment Type: Full TimeExperience: 6–10 years’ experience in firefighting or fire alarm systems salesQualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related disciplineSalary: AED 5000 to 10000Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesCompany: LIFECODescription:Overview: LIFECO is expanding its international footprint and is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to lead export growth from our Dubai office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing overseas business, managing distributor and consultant relationships, and promoting our firefighting and fire alarm product portfolio on a global scale.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new sales opportunities across international markets and territory segments.Build and nurture partnerships with distributors, consultants, and strategic clients to secure repeat business.Represent and promote the company’s firefighting and fire alarm product range at sales meetings and events.Meet sales objectives by achieving monthly and annual revenue targets and sales KPIs.Attend international events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase products and expand the company’s presence.Prepare sales intelligence including weekly reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management.Support approvals processes with consultants and handle vendor registrations as needed.Collaborate cross-functionally with estimation, logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar.Experience: 6–10 years in sales of firefighting or fire alarm systems with demonstrable export experience.Technical knowledge: Strong familiarity with NFPA standards and industry technicalities.Languages: Proficient in English and Arabic; additional languages (French/Spanish) are a plus.Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently (minimum twice a month) and represent the company at global engagements.Commercial skills: Practical experience with export documentation, Incoterms, LC procedures, and international sales workflows.Other: Presentable and confident public-facing presence, excellent negotiation and presentation abilities, strong reporting skills, and a valid UAE/GCC driving license. Immediate joiners preferred.
