The Export Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand the companys export operations. They oversee the entire export process, coordinate with international clients and freight forwarders, ensure compliance with trade regulations, and drive revenue growth through new and existing markets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute export strategies to achieve company sales targets.Identify new markets and potential international clients.Manage all aspects of export documentation, including customs, shipping, and compliance.Coordinate with logistics, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.Negotiate contracts and pricing with overseas customers and partners.Ensure adherence to international trade laws, export regulations, and company policies.Monitor and analyze export performance and market trends.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to support international business growth.Resolve any issues related to customs, shipping delays, or regulatory compliance.Maintain excellent relationships with international clients and stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.Proven experience in export management, international sales, or logistics.Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office Suite.Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.
