We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Lab Technician with experience in blood banking to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our laboratory operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in blood collection, testing, and processing.Key Responsibilities:- Perform blood collection and preparation procedures following established protocols.- Conduct blood tests and analyses to ensure accurate results.- Maintain and operate laboratory equipment, ensuring they are calibrated and in proper working order.- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in the lab and during blood handling procedures.- Assist in the management of blood inventory, including labeling, storage, and documentation.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide necessary support.- Participate in quality control and assurance measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.- Keep accurate records of all laboratory activities and report any discrepancies.- Stay updated with advancements in laboratory technology and blood bank practices.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.- Proven experience as a Medical Lab Technician, specifically in a blood bank setting.- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety protocols.- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Valid certification/licensure as required in Dubai.Benefits:- Competitive salary of AED 4,500 per month.- Opportunity for professional development and career advancement.- A supportive and dynamic work environment.
