Location ? Abu DhabiLooking to hire a proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Chairman. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Business Consultancy or PRO/Legal industry within the UAE.Role & Responsibilities:? Prepare reports and document Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with clear action plans and follow-ups to be shared with the Chairman? Manage and update Chairman?s calendar and appointments, reminding him about urgent matters? Coordinate internal communications and manage communication with relevant departmentsMust-haves:? Bachelor?s Degree? Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Secretary? Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
