Your key responsibilitiesProvide high level support to a small group of Partners and ExecutivesOrganise and manage comprehensive diaries, travel and accommodationScreening emails, responding and/or actioning as requiredPrepare expense claims and timesheets on a weekly basisScreen phone calls and messages, and follow-up actions, referring to the relevant team member when appropriatePrepare and revise documents including presentations, emails, reports, agendas and papersCoordinate client events, internal and external, as required within MENASkills and attributes for successThe demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExceptional written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate in the use of Microsoft Office suitesExcellent attention to detail and ability to multi-taskStrong communication skills including telephone manner and interpersonal skillsA strong team member with an ability to work across multiple teamsExperience in a professional services environment is highly regarded.To qualify for the role you must haveA minimum of 2-3 years Previous EA experience, supporting multiple executives in a corporate environmentYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position.
