Job Description

Client:Our client is a luxurious, multinational property development company located in the United Arab Emirates. They are seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in promoting high-end events and working with luxury brands.Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute event marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive attendance for events.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that our events are successful and aligned with our business objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets for each event and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure that we receive the best possible value for our money.
  • Manage the marketing campaigns for each event, including email marketing, social media, advertising, and PR.
  • Develop event branding and collateral materials, including signage, brochures, and promotional items.
  • Manage event registration and attendee tracking, including developing registration pages and managing attendee lists.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that events run smoothly.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of each event and report on key metrics, such as attendance, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event marketing.
Your Qualification/Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write and edit marketing materials.
  • Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts with vendors.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
