We partner with clients across industries to bring their brand experiences to life ? both online and offline.Role Overview:We?re looking for a talented and organized Freelance Events Manager to join us on a project basis. The scope will primarily focus on mall events ? from large-scale family activations and seasonal campaigns to community engagement programs and retailer-driven experiences.You?ll be responsible for end-to-end ideation, planning, and execution ? making sure every event delivers impact and experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead creative ideation and concept development for mall eventsPlan and execute event logistics: permits, venues, vendors, staffingLiaise with mall management and client stakeholdersManage budgets, timelines, and post-event reportingBe present on-site to ensure smooth event flow and coordinationWork closely with internal marketing teams to align brand objectivesRequirements:Proven experience with mall events and activations in the UAEStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to work independently and juggle multiple timelinesWillingness to travel across UAE as neededArabic language is a plus, but not essentialMust be UAE-based and legally eligible to work as a freelancerMust have a valid UAE driving license & his/her own car
