Job Description

Rixos Premium Dubai is looking for dedicated and creativeEvents and Entertainment Managerto join our Team.Main Responsibilities:

  • Finding entertainers, negotiating contracts, overseeing marketing efforts.
  • Managing an Entertainment team tasked with carrying out entertainment events at the Hotel.
  • Work with talent agents and event management.
  • Manages relationships with vendors and suppliers including talent agencies, sound and video suppliers, prop manufacturers, etc.
  • Works and collaborates in conjunction with partnerships to develop and contract with entertainment acts to satisfy both partner and organization goals. Entertainment acts include DJ?s, specialty bands, musicians, headliners, celebrity entertainers, etc.
  • Oversees the Entertainment Team and budget, accurately tracks/adheres to budget goals. Delivers projects within or established budgets.
Requirements:
  • Vast Experience on a managerial position in Entertainment and Event
  • Having experience working with talent agents and event management.
  • Sound knowledge of current Entertainment and trends.
  • The ability to follow instructions.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
