You will be responsible for every aspect of event planning that will include selecting venues, determining the cost, arranging event services, and monitoring client approval. . Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.. Conduct the inspections needed before and on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the required standards.. Identify the clients requirements and expectations for each event.. Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order. Assess an events overall success and submit findings.. Identify the requirements and expectations for each event.. Manage the meetings calendars of the attendees. Work with the team to achieve event goals and KPIs. Communication with exhibitors & buyers to confirm scheduled appointments. Provide necessary reports to management as necessaryRequirements:. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.. Native or expert-level Arabic proficiency. Experience using CRM and MS Office skills. Commitment to work full time and achieve KPIs.
