Key Responsibilities: Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work for joinery.Prepare detailed quantities take-offs and cost estimates.Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors’ prices.Assist in preparing bids and proposals.Coordinate with project managers and design teams for scope clarification.Analyze cost variances and suggest cost-saving measures.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates for joinery materials and labor.Ensure estimates comply with client requirements and company standards.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.5 years UAE experience in joinery estimation.Strong understanding of joinery materials, techniques, and pricing.Proficient in Excel, estimation software, and AutoCAD.Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
